One of our favorite Taiwanese restaurants in the San Gabriel Valley. They have so many selections on their menu and you likely won't go wrong with anyone of them. Busy on the weekdays especially during the lunchtime, but never a long wait. Parking is ample. Highly recommended.

Still a great option in Rowland Heights for Taiwanese food. The stinky tofu is solid and I need to order the Taiwanese oyster omelette the next time. Bento plates are all great choices depending on the protein you're in the mood for. The basil chicken and pork chop are my top 2 choices as they use a 'big' rice flour to create the crunch of the fry batter. And, not many places have the sizzling plates now and they have a good selection of sizzling plates here with your choice of 2 kinds of sauces. Lastly, I checked the menu prices I posted back in July 2023 and the prices have not gone up as of April 2024.

I am giving 5 stars for authentic Taiwanese flavors. Wanted Stinky Tofu so came here to get some. Hubby ordered the sizzling steak which came with corn soup and black tea. Got my stinky tofu and oyster omelet. Happy tummy Also had black tea (BOGO). Small place and there is a draft coming in from the open door. Someone was smoking right outside so we got a good whiff of that. Environment is clean and waitress is real friendly. I'd be back just for Stinky Tofu.

I ordered the Taiwanese sizzling steak with black pepper sauce, and it took me on a trip down memory lane to one of the Taiwanese night markets. The steak was juicy and tender, placed atop spaghetti noodles on a sizzling iron plate covered in the black pepper sauce, which added a flavorful but subtly spicy kick. Additionally, I added some ketchup to the spaghetti for a sweet and tangy flavor (optional and rooted in childhood nostalgia). The pig's blood rice cake was a bit on the dry side. I'd recommend sticking to the sizzling steak, as it appears to be their specialty. Service was excellent!

Located in a small and tight corner shopping plaza or Fullerton and Colima. The restaurant is a bit dark but with good natural lighting. The restroom could use a little work on cleaning. They have a broad selections on the menu. The pricing on rice platter is today's average, around $12, which also includes a black tea. Their steak menu is about $22 and up. The portion is good to fill you. I ordered a popcorn chicken rice platter, the side dishes are decent. Nothing was skimmed. The simmered soy sauce pork on top of the rice was not too salty. The chicken tasted fresh, without too much flaked batter. The seatings are well spaced out, that you don't feel crammed. The service was friendly and prompt. Overall. This is a solid 4.2 out 5. Will visit again for sure.

Loved their Taiwanese night market style sizzling steak, which I don't think is easy to find these days. The steak came with an egg, pasta, corn soup and a complementary black or green tea of your choice (but you can't choose how you like your steak cooked) Plus, they have a big menu. For example, stinky tofu (and even bbq stinky tofu) braised pork rice, beef noodle soup, herbal pork rib soup, mutton hot pot, and so many Taiwanese street food items that you would not normally find at other restaurants. Bonus: they also sell bentos at very reasonable prices! Most importantly, the flavors were authentic. Service was friendly and fast. Will be back soon! Pro tips: For the sizzling steak, ask for both black pepper and mushroom sauces. My go-to is the black pepper sauce. Would recommend adding some ketchup to your pasta and steak. (Yes, Taiwanese style) SO GOOD!
